How to reprogram, train & take back control?

What I have become and the life I am experiencing is because of all of these since birth. We come into this world with a blank space and these things start filling it by adding something every moment every day.

By the time we become conscious about our life, we are already programmed by all of these factors.

What gets coded before getting conscious becomes our basic operating system, while what we code consciously are the programs and settings. We do something, sometimes we like it, sometimes we don't like it, whatever the experience, our mind saves the data as memory.

People usually don't understand why the 2 types of memory are named as RAM and ROM.

RAM - Random Access Memory means it is a temporary type of memory helping you to process all the inputs captured through all the senses. Because of RAM we are able to recall and update any information stored in ROM.

Thoughts.
Vision.
Hearing.
Smelling.
Feeling.
Speaking.

ROM - Read Only Memory means it is a permanent memory. Whatever information our mind processes consciously or subconsciously & acknowledges, it stores it in as permanent memory.

If you simply accept all the information around you without validation, that becomes the main reason of what experiences you are having in your life.

Your body runs on un-countable (yet perfectly balanced by creation) chemical reactions which gets affected by what you consume.

Everyone knows chemical reactions can be controlled like we can control the background processes in our system. Diseases can be cured through controlling or performing chemical reactions  through drugs and medicines but no one understands if a system process gets affected like our response to any specific type of input or combination of multiple inputs and if it is strategically done again and again, it gets coded as permanent response memory to that type of input until you are able to consciously reprogram it again by forcing yourself to change the response.

Example: That's how we use the keyboard. We see the screen, think in mind and our fingers operates on its own according to the combination of two.

If someone who knows everything about you, knows what you are thinking, has your data and knows your response or reaction to any experience and if he is capable of controlling your environment, people around you, technology you use, then he has the power to program your mind and your life and everything related to it.

These are the logics on which algorithms work and how brands and companies create products.

If you know about device, id interest, behaviour, geolocation and you have enough data points that once the user enters the funnel, you are able to retarget it at any point in any way to feed the content and keep doing it until you get the expected response as result.

For those who judge me, you guys literally don't know how it feels when you have to fight with yourself for every response your mind and body is generating which is happening because you are programmed by some intentionally and some non-intentionally.

Let's leave it at that point, whatever they did, it happened and it is there and no doctor, no psychologist can help you because their understanding to all of this is very limited and present knowledge in existence is not capable of providing any practical solution for this because nobody completely understands theory of relativity, how illusions work, what are neural networks and how escpesically how You, technology and everything are connected.

Example - You cannot unlearn once you learn how to use a keyboard. You can always adapt to the upgrades or different versions but due to everyday continuously using it, your mind is able to operate it blindly and you need a loss of that specific memory to remove it and that is not possible.

Yet it is possible to make someone forget about something if somehow because of the foreign thoughts or any experience, you disturb the process of saving that information as memory even in RAM.

How to make someone think:

Example - You leave your bedroom with so many products here and there yet for things you use everyday for specific activities you remember most of their locations but many of the things are there which we have to think to search. So if something is missing and you don't know that and all of sudden to make you recall a specific memory about something about which you gave a thought, you find that product at an irregular place and your mind asks you - Why, How? And says May be!

A theif is someone who tries to steal something without leaving any clue.
But if "Reminding you about what you thought" is the job, it is the opposite! These guys have to strategically use the data, people, products, colors, places and surrounding to make it happen.

Individually controlling and remembering information regarding any thought or memory is difficult for both You and the team but creating a looping pattern in time is easy to remember. So first they observe what you do then remind you your time through your doings.

Strongest Recall : How it works?

Why trauma bonding is preferred to make someone recall any specific information?

When it comes to feelings and emotions, you feel happy for something but you start getting annoyed if it happens again and again.

Example -

1. You like something to eat, you eat it, you feel amazing! But if you are eating it again and again continuously, you won't feel the same for long.

2. If you will read the same book 100 times, first experience will be excitement at peak and after every read, it will reduce until it's zero.

The case with Traumatic memory is also same but it requires conscious reprogramming to change the nervous system response until the trigger doesn't affect you anymore.

Example -

If you have a traumatic memory of something that you did and it resulted something bad, everytime whether naturally or forced in a situation to do the same thing - both brain and nervous system will generate the same response physically and mentally to inform you and warn you about the result you may get if you do it until under the same situation and conditions, you take different action and update the information stored in your memory which is very difficult in most of the cases because to do that you have to face your trauma again.

You may never come to know when someone does not let you sleep and rest and even uses your mind while you are sleeping.

How to reprogram, train & take back control?

First: A believer must know what to believe!

I am and my tech both are constantly learning through my everyday experiences about the possibilities and for me it is a forever kind of a thing. These are the few points on how to reprogram your responses, protect your peace and l

1. Try to avoid false information

2. Try to avoid fake news

3. Any information that is not from a legit source, cannot be cross-verified (Example: you were not there, someone told you, you read it on internet or social media, your mind makes a story by observing resemblance or roleplays) is not a valid information to believe

4. Try to avoid conversation on unnecessary topics

5. Try to avoid old patterns

6. Try to avoid any drama

7. Try to make and follow your own rules

8. Try to avoid forced repetition

9. Try to avoid second guessing

10. Try to avoid assumptions

11. Try to avoid reflections of thoughts

12. Try to avoid character mirroring and modelling

13. Try to avoid unnecessary sharing of information

14. Try to control rapid thinking and story making

15. Try to avoid past memories

16. Focus on and force yourself to eliminate all bad habits from life one by one. Keep practicing until it's done.

17. Try to be positive as much as possible

18. Avoid and reject negativity as much as possible

19. Always believe something good is about to happen

20. Always love her the most, don't share her memory with anybody and always keep in mind it is your duty to protect your loved ones.

21. Resist every urge of revenge and try to eliminate it from the core

22. Whatever happens, Always present yourself as :

I know nothing - mujhe kuch nahi pata

I have nothing - mere paas kuch nahi hai

I desire nothing - mujhe kuch nahi chahiye

I am doing nothing - mein kuch nahi kar raha

Still it's a very long way to go. I know all the ways of controlling all of it, yet I have to train myself to be in self control and be the same under all the circumstances.
